COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICERS

The Edmundson Police Department’s Community Service Section was established to enhance partnerships, communication, education and crime prevention throughout the community. Strengthening relationships between law enforcement and citizens continues to be a top priority within the department.  The Edmundson Police Department is committed to our citizens through neighborhood policing. Redeveloped in 2016, under the direction of Chief Ansell, the Department’s belief is that community engagement is paramount for a police department and constant maintenance of that engagement is a requirement in modern policing.

Please feel free to email our Community Relations Officers with questions on this program or neighborhood concerns:

Safety Tips For Citizens

The Edmundson Police Department works to protect our citizens and businesses from crime, but nothing promotes a crime-free environment as well as an active and aware public.
