Welcome to the City of Edmundson!
On behalf of myself, the Board of Aldermen and staff of the City of Edmundson, I welcome you to our official website. It is our goal that this website will provide you with the information that you desire.
The City of Edmundson is a safe, quiet and forward looking community with easy access to three major forms of transportation. We are the front door to St. Louis Lambert International Airport with easy access to Interstate Highway 70, St. Louis Metro Link light rail system and Bi-state bus service. Just as St. Louis claims to be the “gateway to the west”, we claim to be the gateway to St. Louis and the world.
Myself and the Board of Aldermen strive to be proactive in providing cost-effective services to our residents and businesses. We are continually searching for ways to help our businesses prosper and grow. If you are a business that needs easy access to transportation, I encourage you to consider our community for your next location. If you are looking for a place to live, you will not find a more safe or friendly neighborhood to live in. Our city park is very pretty with a walking track with exercise stations, two playground stations, a large and beautiful gazebo, and a large picnic pavilion. We are in the Ritenour School District with Kratz Elementary School located within the borders of our small community.
I welcome you to visit us in person and experience what a wonderful place the City of Edmundson is to work and live in.
